Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are welcome to also choose in store (local) pick up here at our Issaquah, WA location.



Product returns require a return authorization from MULE Expedition Outfitters. We are happy to accept return of your unused, unopened product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund on In Store STOCK products. After 30 days, store credit will be issued. Used and/or opened items will incur a 10% restock fee and buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Drop ship items are covered only to the extent of manufacturer's warranty and return policies. In some cases a restock fee may be required depending on the manufacturer. Please contact us at Mule Expedition Outfitters to inquire before requesting a return merchandise authorization.

Special order items are non-returnable except when covered by manufacturer's warranty for defect or damage and are limited to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and return shipping policies.
